Amanda-Corrine loves helping organizations find the balance between today’s paradoxes & tomorrow’s possibilities. With a background in organizational effectiveness, people management, and change, she is known for her ability to be both strategic and tactical, while developing creative solutions through a blended approach of human-design, analytics, and future-thinking.
Prior to joining Notion, Amanda-Corrine worked both internally and externally in diverse industries including finance, retail, and non-profits. Her impact has spanned across projects in organizational development, process improvement, talent management & succession planning, learning & development, and change. Most recently, Amanda-Corrine worked with a global retailer to support the change management of a multi-system technology implementation across a business line.
Amanda-Corrine holds an M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from University of New Haven and B.A. in Psychology from Stony Brook University.
As a continuous learner, she has also completed certificate programs in Advanced Digital Change Diagnostics with a focus on human centered design and virtual change implementation, DEIB, and Organizational Design
Outside of work, Amanda-Corrine can be found curled up with a pet and a good story, learning to sew, teaching dance, or exploring where her curiosity takes her next.
