Amanda Mausner

Amanda has been leading individuals and organizations through change for over a decade. With a background in social and behavioral science, change management, career + leadership coaching, and curriculum design and facilitation , Amanda is highly skilled at solving complex problems through people, process, and technology.

Prior to Notion, Amanda has worked at Flatiron School/WeWork as a Career Coach & Consultant and at Clerestory Consulting, a change management firm in Chicago. Her projects have spanned people & culture transformation, organizational development and effectiveness, employee engagement, and training & development at both Fortune 500 companies and start-ups across a variety of industries.

Amanda has a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After graduate school, she received the opportunity to become an adjunct professor at Lewis University, teaching courses in sociology and culture diversity. She is also a certified Life, Career, and Executive Coach (ACC) and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Amanda has become an expert in career development and leadership coaching and has spent over 700 hours leading professionals towards making change.

Amanda’s curiosity and passions have led her to living and working around the globe and pursuing personal interests such as teaching yoga and starting a photography business. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Amanda loves finding art markets, watching thought-provoking films, and soaking in copious amounts of sunshine at the beach.
