Amanda has been leading individuals and organizations through change for over a decade. She is a certified coach and organizational change consultant, with a focus on culture transformation, leadership development, and team effectiveness. Amanda is highly skilled at understanding and addressing complex organizational problems, developing and delivering engaging learning sessions, and shifting mindsets and behaviors across an organization.
Prior to Notion, Amanda worked at Flatiron School/WeWork as a Career Coach & Consultant and at Clerestory Consulting, a change management firm in Chicago. Her clients have spanned both Fortune 500 companies and start-ups across a variety of industries. Amanda has worked with executives and leaders to help them accelerate change through developing communications and employee engagement programs, building internal change capabilities, and sharing essential insights to inspire action.
Amanda has a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After graduate school, she taught courses as an adjunct professor at Lewis University. She is also a certified Life, Career, and Executive Coach (ACC) and has spent over 800 hours leading professionals towards making change.
Amanda’s curiosity and passions have led her to living and working around the globe and pursuing personal interests such as volunteer teaching yoga in prison and starting a photography business. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Amanda loves finding art markets, watching thought-provoking films, and soaking in copious amounts of sunshine at the beach.
