A natural-born leader with an innate intuition for understanding people, Analisha Anthony is an experienced strategic recruiter with more than ten years of leadership background.
Before joining Notion Consulting, Analisha supported recruitment, retention, and enrollment efforts in higher education. During her tenure in higher education enrollment, Analisha worked with senior leadership to develop strategic campaigns, programs, and employee trainings to increase retention and foster a culture indicative of the institutional mission. In addition, her transformative diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) work helped expand recruitment strategies, update outreach assets, and cultivate community-based relationships.
Analisha brings a unique professional perspective to understanding how to approach interpersonal connectivity in human resources, having worked as a mental health clinician supervising a statewide program focused on cognitive behavioral therapy.
With a passion for DEIB, Analisha shines as she implements core industry practices to be a collaborative partner, empowering and supporting colleagues to ensure they feel genuinely valued.
Analisha is a graduate of West Virginia University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Communication Studies.
Outside of work, Analisha is an avid football fan and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family while cheering on her favorite team.
