Andrea has driven organizational change as a business leader and as a change management practitioner for 20 years across several different industries. Her expertise is in leading complex, large-scale, cross business initiatives in functions such as HR, IT, Finance, Marketing, Data and Analytics, Operations and Sales.
Prior to joining Notion Consulting, Andrea held several leadership positions and led change initiatives at MetLife and Prudential Financial where she partnered with senior leaders to help them achieve their strategic business objectives by equipping them to drive organizational change. Andrea directed a diverse portfolio of change initiatives including IT transformation, organizational restructuring, process re-engineering and creating new capabilities. Andrea recently worked with a leading global analytics firm to develop a Talent Review Framework to identify high potential employees for development. She also helped a growing Real Estate firm by developing a leadership development strategy and re-designed their performance management process.
Andrea is passionate about building change capability and giving back to the industry. She is an active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and was a member of the team that developed the first Change Management standard.
Andrea holds a B.S. in Marketing from Lehigh University. She is an agile Certified Scrum Project Owner (CSPO) and received her Masters in Managed Change certification from LaMarsh Global.
A life-long resident of Manhattan, Andrea splits her time between the city and the beach. An avid traveler and yoga practitioner, Andrea enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, spending time with her 3 children and walking her dog.
