Azmin is a curious, thoughtful, and people-driven leader, with experience driving end-to-end, scalable and sustainable change. Grounded in her diverse experiences and passionate about lifelong learning, she uses empathy, collaboration, and best practice methods to design and deliver holistic, user-centric, and value-driven solutions.
Prior to joining Notion, Azmin worked in diverse industries including education, non-profit, healthcare and retail, and in various capacities, starting her career in accounting and eventually transitioning to change management. Most recently, Azmin worked for a leading book and lifestyle retailer in Program Management and Talent Development, with a focus on training, communications, change and project management. Azmin has experience driving both organization-wide and department-specific change, including technology implementations, process improvement initiatives, as well as learning & development programs.
Azmin holds an MBA with specializations in organizational studies, entrepreneurship and strategy from York University’s Schulich School of Business in Toronto, Canada. She recently obtained Prosci Change Management Certification and takes an agile approach when helping to support change across diverse stakeholder groups. Azmin also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) Designation, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Outside of work, Azmin can be found playing with her puppy Obi, practicing yoga, reading a business or wellness book, exploring Chicago through coffee and food, and running along Lakefront Trail.
