Jessica is an experienced Change and Transformation Leader, specializing in strategic transformation engagements across Fortune 100s. With more than 18 years of consulting experience, she has managed the effects of change on organizations brought on by digital and organizational transformation, complex technology implementations, and process improvement programs. Industry experience includes Retail & Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Energy, Insurance, Hospitality, Government, and High-Tech.

Prior to joining Notion Consulting, Jessica was in executive roles at the Big 4 and smaller consultancies, focused on managing large-scale, complex organizational transformation and managing client portfolios. She has supported global clients across multiple industries, including Dollar General, General Mills, Dow Chemical, BP, Tractor Supply, Dept of Defense, Ahold-Delhaize, Inspire Brands, BIC, The Estee Lauder Companies, and several fashion retailers.

Jessica is a wife and mother to two young daughters. She’s a committed member of the community and has a love for travel – especially adventurous international trips, to explore new places, cultures, and food. When they are not traveling, they enjoy time with their family and friends, cooking/grilling, and living life to its fullest.
