Prior to joining Notion Consulting, Korea spent the last year leading global change efforts for a Fortune 100 manufacturing organization undergoing a complete digital transformation. With her experiences across multiple industries and her knack for creating a commonsense approach, Korea delivers C-suite business outcomes, middle manager tactical support, and employee clarity that is needed to drive successful change.
Korea holds a M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Valdosta State University and a B.S. in Psychology from Valdosta State University.
Korea spends her weekends exploring the world one campground at a time with her husband, three kids, and two dogs in their RV. So far, they have visited over 20 states and plan to see as many as possible before the kids are old enough to think they’re too cool.
