Lauren is a pragmatic strategist who leads with empathy to support teams by examining large-scale projects and developing tangible deliverables that ensure adoption to change and ultimately success. She enjoys enhancing the employee experience by removing barriers through process improvement and increasing communication and collaboration.

Prior to joining the team at Notion Consulting, Lauren supported a technology implementation to modernize system processes and ensure stakeholder adoption. Previously, she supported change management efforts at a manufacturing company by identifying departmental gaps to recommend new structural designs and created a development program that connected senior leaders with managers to improve management skills and company culture.

Lauren holds an M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and B.S. in Psychology from Cazenovia College.

Outside of work, Lauren is found hiking or attending a sporting event or listening to live music. To unwind, she enjoys practicing yoga and reading at her local coffee shops.
