Lilly Phillips is a change consultant with a passion for building innovative, proactive, and inclusive organizational cultures. The employee experience is always at the heart of her work. She draws from her background in behavior change, organizational psychology, and early-stage startups to craft strategic and enduring approaches to organizational transformation.
Prior to joining the team at Notion Consulting, Lilly worked on organizational effectiveness and change projects as both an independent consultant and a member of Ketchum’s organizational effectiveness team. Previously, she managed people operations in early-stage startups and served as an advisor for Aequip, a UK-based employee engagement platform.
Lilly holds an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a B.A. in Health Psychology from Stanford University. She has training in executive coaching and Motivational Interviewing, and extensive peer-counseling experience. Additionally, Lilly co-facilitates the Difficult Conversations Book Club, an anti-racist learning group that uses Adult Learning and DE&I principles to drive personal and professional growth.
When she’s not working, you can find Lilly exploring the city, cooking for friends, or designing jewelry and painting in her living room “studio”.
