Seth Cotter has been driving organizational change and engagement initiatives for nearly 10 years. With a background in organizational and social psychology, he partners with clients to solve people-centric business problems, delivering solutions to foster new ways of working, build leadership capabilities, and promote workforce engagement.
Prior to joining Notion Consulting, Seth worked as a senior consultant for KPMG’s Human Capital Advisory practice in New York City. His projects have spanned across numerous industries, with a focus on talent management, leadership development, and change management. Prior to KPMG, Seth worked in a project management role at Korn Ferry, where his responsibilities included end-to-end assessment center design, resource planning, and the delivery of numerous global leadership development programs.
Seth holds a Masters of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (with Honors) from the University of Central Florida.
Outside of work, Seth enjoys staying fit, scuba diving, strategy games, and traveling to new places. On his days off, you can find him running along the Potomac River, struggling to keep his house plants alive, or at a local dog park.
