Stephanie Soss

Stephanie is a change agent, trusted people leader and workplace strategist who helps leaders connect with their people, drive business strategy, and achieve tangible results. Working both internally and as a consultant, she has designed and implemented human-centered transformations, cultures and employee experiences.

Stephanie is recognized as a dynamic communicator, problem-solver and exceptional project lead with skills that span industries, functions and stakeholders up to the C-Suite. She has helped a number of leading global companies build commitment for change, including: Bayer, Cessna, Chanel, CSG, Compassion International, Equifax, Estee Lauder Companies, FedEx Latin America & Caribbean, GE, Hilton Garden Inn, Kellogg, Lundbeck, Parexel, Pfizer, Philips, Johnson Controls, Johnson & Johnson, Otsuka, Quest Diagnostics and Verizon. Her client work has gained industry recognition with a SABRE award, IABC Gold Quill and Publicity Club of Chicago Golden Trumpet.

An entrepreneur at heart, Stephanie began her career as the co-founder of InternshipRatings.com; a website designed to help students find meaningful internship opportunities throughout the United States. The site was profiled in The Wall Street Journal, The Economist and Human Resources Executive.

Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University with a minor in French.

Outside of work, Stephanie is a travel enthusiast and has explored six of seven continents. Her curiosity and passions for food, culture and photography have led her around the globe and shaped her leadership philosophy. Stephanie also enjoys helping others plan international adventures to step out of their comfort zones, watching professional ice hockey (Go Bolts), cooking/grilling and scrapbooking.
