Ambre Lacanal, Managing Consultant

Ambre Lacanal has been helping leaders build optimal organizations and teams for several years. Her experience across industries, disciplines and countries has provided her with a unique and agile way to look at organizational and individual dynamics.

Prior to joining Notion Consulting, Ambre worked inside HR and Operations at Havas, a leading creative and media agency globally. As part of the Talent team, she designed and implemented an innovative data driven talent assessment system, built their compensation policy and put in place team effectiveness workshops. As Operations lead, she led several integration initiatives and optimized processes serving stronger and faster client delivery as well as financial accountability across the organization. During that time she also closely partnered with the Customer experience and Innovation group in building digital capabilities and developing meaningful go to market strategies to offer end to end services to clients.

Before joining Havas, Ambre worked for 7 years at Korn Ferry Hay Group, a major management consulting firm, helping leaders on a variety of business challenges, including organizational transformation, change management, employee engagement, reward practices, team effectiveness, leadership assessment and development. This includes designing business centric solutions, supporting their implementation and coaching high potentials and leaders to reach their full potential in times of constant change. As a consultant, Ambre has worked with large portfolio of clients of varying sizes and industries (Shiseido, Richemont, Sanofi, Shire, Ceva, Caterpillar, PNC, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Renault, Air Liquide, Saint Gobain...).

Throughout her journey, Ambre has worked across the globe (Europe, Singapore, North Africa and the United States). Her experience working with leaders from varied backgrounds and cultures has grown her appetite for diversity and inclusion and her ability to thrive in an ever changing environment.                                                    

Ambre holds a Masters degree in Management and a Specialized Master in Human Resources and Organizational development from ESCP Europe Business School. She also holds a Certificate in Coaching from New York University and is certified in a wide range of seft and 360 assessment tools. She is fluent in both English and French.

When she doesn’t spend time with her little one, Ambre cultivates her passion for coaching and styling and leads Image consulting workshops leveraging her credentials from Fashion Institute of Technology
