Jane Adamson, Consultant
Jane Adamson is an experienced organizational change and development consultant. Jane specializes in working with leaders and their teams to identify the best change approach and then build collaborative solutions within, or across, organizations that generate employee engagement. With 20 years of experience, she blends her pragmatic, hands-on approach with academic rigor and understanding of behavior change to ensure that change programs are embedded wand will deliver the expected results.
Some of Jane’s most recent experience included working with the senior Talent team during a global Talent transformation at Diageo. Supporting leaders to define the change path, identify stakeholders and develop key messages. Facilitating the development of communication and engagement plans for all audiences, delivering communication and engagement campaigns to generate business support and maximize adoption of new tools and ways of working. Jane also led a 6-month employee experience transformation program at KPMG UK to improve employee engagement, retain talent and reduce turnover (bringing to life the Employee Value Proposition). She was responsible for all change management activities across 6 work-streams including changes to processes, structure and behaviors. Prior to her work with KPMG UK, Jane worked with HR, Communications and Business Leaders to plan and conduct change management activities to support Xylem’s EMEA business restructure. She led all change management and communication activities for 13,000 EMEA employees and globally impacted teams during the implementation of a new organization design and processes.
Jane has delivered complex business transformations globally in Canada, America, Asia and across Europe and has worked in a broad range of industries including assignments with Diageo, KPMG, Nissan, Phillips, Astellas, Jacque Vert Group, Xylem, BP, Marathon Oil and QBE Insurance.
Jane has a Masters of Organizational Psychology (Distinction).
