Romy Rost, Consultant

Romy Rost is an experienced change management and leadership development consultant, and an ICF-certified leadership and career coach. She drives meaningful, sustainable and behavior-based change in companies from the individual to the organizational level. 

During her eight years of consulting and internal change management experience at Deloitte Consulting, American Express and Ketchum Change, Romy has helped lead internal change management efforts on some of the largest-scale HR and IT transformations, acquisitions, spin-offs and joint ventures in history. Her clients have included Johnson & Johnson, The Coca-Cola Company, American Express, Pfizer Animal Health, ConAgra Foods and Covidien.

Romy marries the rigor of her corporate background with a leadership coaching mindset based on awareness, accountability and action to evoke real behavior change. Having led teams in large enterprises, Romy helps mid- to senior-level leaders improve managerial skills, increase productivity and develop supervisory coaching skills. She partners with managers and leaders to develop skills that help them develop stronger, more productive and happier individuals and teams. 

Romy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She is a trained a certified coach through the Coaches Training Institute and holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). When she isn’t busy helping manage change, she is cycling, experimenting in the kitchen or visiting a new city.
