For over 20 years Jodi has helped individuals discover, apply and elevate their leadership and technical skills. She has led the design, development and implementation of learning strategies and systems for marketing, sales, client service, finance, legal and operations teams. She is an accomplished instructional designer, a certified master training facilitator, and digital learning expert.
Some of Jodi’s key accomplishments include creating a learning and training system for a Fortune 500 Sales and Marketing team, implementing a management development program for high potential future leaders, and creating a health and safety training system for a hospitality client. In 2016 she began to transition her focus from classic instructor-led training to digital learning. Some of the clients she has supported include Altria Group, Inc., Leo Burnett Worldwide, Revlon, GMR Marketing, Omnicom, Seattle Genetics, Montefiore Hospital, the U. S. Airforce, Estee Lauder, Otsuka, AQR Capital Management, and Lamb Insurance Services.
Jodi has a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from New York University. She is certified to facilitate Patrick Lencioni’s Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team experience. She holds many certifications in digital learning and communication development tools. She is a leader and role model in the global Articulate Storyline learning community where she is a guest instructor and has been the worldwide Articulate E-Learning Heroes Challenge leader for three straight years.
Jodi splits her time between Palm Springs, CA and Sedona, AZ where she enjoys hiking the red rock canyons and is learning the art of desert landscaping. She also has an extensive Tarot card collection, but sadly, possesses no special psychic abilities to see or interpret the past, present or future.
