Melissa Gritman

Melissa Gritman has spent over 30 years as a strategic communication and change management professional, successfully managing large-scale, complex implementations of global corporate initiatives. She has extensive experience developing change and communications strategies and messaging to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization across multiple industries and globally.

Prior to joining Notion Consulting, Melissa held several leadership positions in HR, Corporate Communications and Shared Services at Siemens where she partnered with senior leaders to help achieve strategic business objectives through managed change. She directed a diverse portfolio of initiatives including IT transformation, organizational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and employer branding. Melissa’s experience also includes 20 years in consulting with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Melissa holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from Muskingum University.

Melissa loves to travel and explore new cultures. She’s an avid theater goer and loves to cook, read and needlepoint. When not on the road, she spends her time in Brooklyn and takes advantage of all New York has to offer.
