Monica Bright-Hill is a Human Resource Professional with almost 10 years of experience working in various industries including AI Tech, Pharmaceuticals, and Consulting. Her experience includes leading new diversity and inclusion initiatives, immigration and global mobility, workforce management, and process improvement.
Previously Monica served as the Program Manager for an RPA startup within People Ops. There she was a leader in creating and optimizing the Global Mobility Center of Excellence, managing projects for the Total Rewards, Workday and audit teams. She was also responsible for building a SharePoint intranet to allow employees greater access to the company’s internal information. She also was one of the founders of the black Employee Resource Group for the company and assisted in creating listening circles for a better understanding of diversity and inclusion between employees and leadership.
Monica holds a Bachelors in Business Management and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix and most recently received her SHRM-CP certification.
When she is not consulting, she is running her own business creating custom apparel, masks and various gifts for her clients. She is based outside of Philadelphia, PA where she lives with her husband, son and 3 dogs.
