Stacy Starkka

Stacy has over 30 years of experience working with organizations in diverse industries worldwide on projects involving culture change, executive coaching, measuring human behavior metrics at work, organizational design and development, process and technology improvement, strategic organizational change, survey creation and analyses, talent management, and weaving DEI into organizations’ UX digital experience designs.

Stacy worked for Sun Microsystems as a Learning and Performance Specialist for many years empowering multinational clients and internal teams throughout North and South America and Europe. Prior to that, she worked in the Microsoft channel as a Performance Improvement Consultant. She is an Affiliate Faculty member of The Shiley-Haynes California State University Institute for Palliative Care where she creates and teaches courses for advanced clinicians about teamwork, leadership, and communication.

Stacy is a contributor to TD Magazine and academic publications and is a Distinguished Principal Research Fellow for The Conference Board. She has served as visiting lecturer and subject matter expert for various professional development programs in Brazil, Canada, Europe, and the United States. She is an ICF-accredited coach and a Master Corporate Executive Coach with the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches. She holds an M.B.A. from Norwich University and a Ph.D. in Consulting Industrial/Organizational Psychology from CSPP Alliant International University.

When she’s not working, Stacy enjoys carving wooden sculptures and fixtures, cooking, drawing, nature, reading, writing, and spending time with family and friends.
