Tomi Fadeyi-Jones has more than 20 years of experience as a Human Resources leader and practitioner. She has held varying leadership roles developing and guiding HR strategy and operations for Fortune 500 corporations, consulting, and non-profit organizations.
Tomi’s areas of expertise include organization design and structure, performance and talent management, diversity and inclusion, process improvement, learning solutions, compensation, and workforce planning.
She is known for her ability to partner with her clients as a trusted advisor and coach. With her unique mix of visionary, strategic, operational, and analytical expertise, she has built her career helping business and HR leaders creatively solve human capital challenges.
When away from the office, Tomi enjoys spending time with her family, lacing up her running shoes and actively engaging in her community. She serves on the Board of Directors for Horizons Greater Washington (a nonprofit organization designed to empower economically disadvantaged students to realize their full potential) and Patients for Affordable Drugs (the only independent national patient organization focused exclusively on achieving policy changes to lower the price of prescription drugs).
Tomi holds a graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA), and undergraduate degrees in Human Resources and Marketing.
