For over 20 years, she has been leveraging her unique combination of human resources and communications expertise to help C-suite executives lead change: activate their teams to shift strategy and structure, establish new business models and capabilities, enhance processes and technology, and strengthen talent and culture.
Prior to founding Notion Consulting in 2015, Christine held numerous leadership positions, including North America Regional Director for a change-focused Omnicom consulting firm. She has worked with global companies across every industry, including American Express, Chanel, Datto, FedEx, The Estée Lauder Companies, Goldman Sachs, Hess, Johnson & Johnson, JP Morgan Chase, L’Oreal, The NFL, Pfizer, and Shiseido.
A highly sought-after thought leader, Christine has been highlighted in top-tier publications such as Fast Company, Forbes, Real Simple, The New York Post, SHRM, HR.com, Ladders, Recruiter.com, and TLNT. Additionally, she has been a guest lecturer at Barnard College and The New School, and serves as adjunct faculty at Cornell University.
Christine holds an M.S. in organizational development from American University and a B.S. in management from Penn State University. A committed wife and mother of two high-energy children, she lives just outside New York City, where she is an active member of her community and is passionate about helping people become their best selves.
