CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Lucky is a creative change agent who works across multiple mediums to help clients impact business results through creative storytelling. She can boil workforce challenges down to their essence and provide creative direction that brings organizational messaging to life. She is recognized for her innovative and visually elegant solutions, which leverage her unique combination of deep organizational development knowledge and 20+ years of expertise as a professional graphic designer.

Prior to joining Notion Consulting, Lucky provided strategic creative direction for client organizations and was instrumental in developing the Creative Design and Technology practice for a change-focused Omnicom consulting firm.  Under her watch, the practice grew from a small design shop into a robust and strategic industry competitor. In this role, Lucky also developed a global marketing brand for Kimberly-Clark, creating a dynamic universal internal brand and marketing legacy, and won the prestigious FedEx Kinko’s Purple Promise Award for creating ideas that enhance the total customer experience, and building customer trust into long-term business partnerships.

Lucky has directed many projects from concept through completion for a wide range of industries, including consumer products, family entertainment, financial services, food and wine, law,  pharmaceuticals, technology, transportation, and non-profit.

Lucky earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from SUNY – The College at New Paltz with a minor in Art History. She was recruited to the Lady Hawks soccer team, where she played center midfielder. This position taught her to be a collaborative leader and team player who is quick on her feet to meet, and able to meet clients’ day-to-day challenges with an unwavering and  passionate spirit.

Outside of work, Lucky can be found experimenting with recipes from her home on the East End of Long Island in Hampton Bays and writing about her delicious adventures on her blog: outeastfoodie.com. She donates her time to the Slow Food Movement where she is the Slow Food Governor for New York State, and on the board for Slow Food East End and Slow Food USA. She won the “snailblazer award” in 2016, an official honor given to dedicated leaders in our community who are deeply committed to local, sustainable and fair food systems. When she is is not eating her way across the two forks of Long Island, she can be found at the bay beach with her two dogs Trixie and Alice and her husband Chris or at her rooftop garden developing her green thumb.
