The Challenge

A world-class medical school and hospital striving for top decile performance recognized the need to enhance its low staff engagement which, in turn would drive commitment to and collaboration in achieving its performance goals. The Dean of Medicine and Hospital CEO sought to understand inhibitors of staff engagement, develop an action plan designed to re-engage & build internal capability to lead and navigate change during challenging times.

themes and facilitated a 60-person Action Planning session.

an employee engagement action plan and roadmap.

an engagement scorecard and an infrastructure to implement and measure results along the way.
