Diana brings over 20 years of business transformation, strategic HR, organization development, change management and human capital consulting to leaders of Fortune 500 companies. In her role as Senior Partner at Notion Consulting, Diana helps clients get traction on their change and transformation programs, bringing their vision to life in a real and tangible way.

Diana’s internal and external change management experience allow her to bring a 360-degree perspective to her clients. Diana has been a Chief Talent Officer at both Havas and MMC, an Omnicom Company. Diana also spent 17 years consulting on human capital and strategic change for Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has worked with executive and functional leaders to tackle global initiatives that address strategic realignment, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, talent management, and large-scale technology implementations.

Her clients have included Cadbury/Schweppes, CBS, Exxon/Mobil, The Estée Lauder Companies, FedEx, General Electric, Hachette Book Group, IBM, Morgan Stanley, Nielsen, Otsuka, Pfizer, Verisk and many others.

Diana is a contributor to AMA Quarterly, Fast Company, Training Magazine, Thrive Global and Organizational Development Network Review, and has been highlighted in SHRM.

Diana holds an M.A. from New York University in Business Education and Organizational Effectiveness and a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from Siena College. In addition, Diana holds a Certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Michigan Business School.

Diana is an active participant in the global and local community, and volunteers her time with Cross-Cultural Solutions, Common Ground and The NY Foundling. Diana loves to travel, explore and spend time outdoors with her husband and three children.
