Diana Vienne, Senior Partner

Diana Vienne brings deep expertise in business transformation, strategic HR, organization development, change management and Human Capital consulting.  As Chief Talent Officer for 5 years for both Havas as well as Marina Maher Communications (MMC is an Omnicom Company), Diana’s leadership was key to help drive transformation and change that was required to stay competitive in a rapidly changing business environment. Her transformation work helped MMC earn A Best Place To Work award from PR News.

Diana also brings over 17 years of global business consulting experience working for Fortune 100 clients while consulting for the Human Capital and Strategic Change practices of Deloitte Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers.  She has extensive experience working with executive level clients across industries, including consumer and industrial products, media and entertainment, technology, aerospace and engineering, oil and gas, financial services and non-profit. Diana has worked on global projects that include functional redesign, functional audits, implementation of executive talent management systems and programs, executive alignment, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and large-scale ERP technology implementations.

Diana’s key clients include BNP Paribas, Boehringer Ingelheim, Cadbury/Schweppes, Exxon/Mobil, The Estée Lauder Companies, FedEx, Ketchum, Hachette Book Group, IBM, Morgan Stanley, NFL, Nielsen/VNU, PepsiCo, Scholastic, United Technologies.

Diana graduated with her MA from New York University in Business Education and Organizational Effectiveness, and has her BA in Economics and International Studies from Siena College. In addition, Diana has earned a Certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Michigan Business School. She is also an active participant in the global and local community, involved in non-profit projects and activities for organizations such as Cross-Cultural Solutions, Common Ground and The NY Foundling.
