Toula Ousouljoglou is a proven change management and business process improvement consultant with more than two decades experience working to create organizations capable of continuous improvement. Her passion is to work with great clients to design business processes that meet both their customers’ needs and achieve their business objectives. She believes this is done by simultaneously managing the strategic, analytical and human sides of change. Toula began her career as an internal consultant, where she facilitated large-scale efforts at Kaiser Permanente, Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield and JP Morgan Chase.
Toula is known for establishing partnerships with leaders and staff at all levels of organizations, developing creative strategies to build commitment to and minimize resistance to change. She tailors problem-solving tools to support organizational strategy and honor culture and values; and does so in a way that fosters trust and collaboration with all stakeholders.
In addition to her consulting work, Toula taught graduate students in the Organizational Change Management Program at The New School for 15 years. She enjoys turning theory into effective practice. As an adjunct faculty member she created and taught a range of graduate courses. She redesigned Organizational Assessment and Diagnosis, a core course where students consult with actual clients to help them collect data and identify opportunities for improvement. In addition, she taught courses in the areas of Project Management, Managing the Client-Consultant Relationship, and Continuous Organizational Improvement.
Toula received her Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology Columbia University. Her passion for Quality Management and Continuous Improvement was sparked while earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Operations Management) from Boston University.
